I have listened to Let it go for thousands time from different places but I didn’t cry when I listened to it. To be honest I even felt tired and annoyed because my sister had sung it for more than 5 years!She is singing it even now...it is kinda...crazy! But when I listen to her cover,I really cry.Her version is so touching.It is like there is someone accompany me and confront me with her own experiences.
I think the reason why Jessica sang it way more beautiful that the original is because she is literally singing the past. Her past. That she is not afraid anymore, that the cold never bothered her (well she is our ice princess- no. Ice queen) and it may sad to hear and realize but when the line "i'm never going back.
