  • Join Dr. Rahim as he welcomes Carlos, a new patient who has traveled all the way from Fresno seeking relief from chronic pain. Carlos has been suffering from ankle, hip, and back pain for the past three years following a severe ankle sprain and fall. He also experiences sciatica, characterized by shooting pain down his leg. Additionally, Carlos recounts injuries sustained while playing football, which have contributed to his ongoing discomfort.
During the session, Dr. Rahim carefully reviews Carlos's x-ray, identifying a rotated sacrum, a T4 side slip, and a shift in his atlas. With this information, Dr. Rahim performs precise adjustments on C1, S2, and T4. He also begins treatment on Carlos's ankles, explaining that future sessions will incorporate Guasha techniques to further enhance healing.
Watch as Carlos experiences significant relief during his first session at Gonstead Wellness. Don't miss this insightful and hopeful journey!
Gonstead Wellness is located in Los Angeles, CA.

I immediately said 'cuboid!'. I fractured mine last year (right foot) and I ended up with very similar back/leg/sciatica pain afterwards. It's the reason I found Dr. Rahim's channel and then a local Gonstead chiropractor, and I am finally on the healing path. Good luck to Carlos! The quality of life improvement when that pain is gone is huge.

Very interesting. The first major injury I can remember was a severe sprain of my right ankle as a teenager and a couple more within the ensuing decade. In 2000 there was a pretty hard rear end accident and within a year I started having the hip issues, So I focused more on that with yoga, etc.. by 2014 I had plantar fasciitis in both feet and subluxation of the tendon behind the ankle. I got an MRI and saw a podiatrist with the hope that hadn't been walking around on a torn ligament all these years (I hadn't luckily), and was able to get a platelet rich plasma injection which worked wonders on the ankle and the plantar fasciitis in both feet disappeared. But now I really want to see how much misalignment I have had from the compensating and also the ensuing back injury from the car accident.

My husband has been dealing with Sciatica for about that long. He’s done physical therapy once and now went back. I am considering chiropractic work and I think last time I checked there was a Gonstead practitioner within like 45 mins.
