Hey Matthew and Shion! Matthew, seeing you back on your feet relatively pain-free brings me joy. I continue to offer up prayers for both of you for your sustenance and well-being. That beautiful fluffy turkey did a better job showing off its plumage than the peacock. Figure that! I wish you safe, healthy, and happy travels!🙏🏾❤️👍🏾
Glad Matthew is doing better! I was off my foot for 18 months so I know what it’s like! On a brighter note, we just purchased a Brinkley fifth wheel cuz we want to be like y’all when we grow up! We have a lot to learn.
That's awesome! We have heard great things about Brinkley! 😁 Congratulations and thanks for sharing your good news with us and we hope to see y'all out here on the road! Thanks for watching too! ~ Shion and Matthew
We got some goat cheese at an HH in Washington, it was fantastic. Yum, cotton candy lotion. Stong winds are the worst in RVs.... those and hail. So glad you avoided those crazy winds. Matthew so glad that you are feeling better and getting around so much better. Wander On- Kyle and Michelle
@@BrokenDreamsReborn there is this family farm we went too. They work with special needs kids thru animal therapy. They have some killer salsa, fresh produce from local farms and homemade jams. The people were so amazing. We did a video on them. They definitely made us feel like family!!
You guy's are so sweet to watch it actually relaxes me especially if I watch you in the evening. I am so happy that Matthew is getting better but don't overdo it. Your definitely the perfect couple that I have watched. See you in the next video Stay Safe, Safe Travels and love and prayers always.
So glad that storm went around you! Happy to hear Matthew is improving but don’t overdo it. Never saw a white turkey, pretty cool. Ton of wild turkeys and their little ones around us though.
Hi Shion and Matthew, good to see you guys. Glad Matthew is doing better. So sorry your steps aren't working well. So glad the storm by passed y'all. Be safe thank you for the video and God bless you both🙏🏻
Just across the highway from that state park is a great boondocking spot we stayed at last yr. Cross the freeway and take that paved road around the corner to a dirt road and lots of spots. Further down the views are awesome
Glad to the job situation has not stop your travel plans. I have seen alot of rigs that have replaced the solid steps with retractable steps because of the drit not you issue get stuck but that is a difficult step jam.
So great to see Matthew doing better. My husband just got his shots in his back. Those stairs where a pain on our old camper. I like the old flip ups lol. It's crazy what some state parks charge now and that you have to pay a park pass to go in and out. Colorado State parks are like that. We love Colorado but haven't been to Wyoming, Montana, the Dakotas or Idaho. Those cheeses sound good. Sweet old truck. You are too cute Shion.
Thank you so much! 😊 We pray your husband gets relief for his back pain. Y'all are going to love Wyoming. It is such an awesome state to visit! Thanks for watching! ~ Shion and Matthew
I agree with you guys on the steps, we dislike them too. Last year, we had them get stuck and it took us awhile to get the door open. They are a hassle if we make a quick stop and need to get inside the RV.
I’m so glad my 2018 fifth wheel came with under the door steps. Three times at places I’ve stayed your kind of steps would not have worked. Earlier this year I stopped over in Missouri for a week. Springfield was an hour away where there is a Buc ee’s. One day I drove there and to my surprise I was there for two hours. I said to myself you just spent two hours at a gas station. And it was worth it😂
We have been hearing that a lot about the stairs! That is funny about Buc-ees! 😂 We LOVE Buc-ees! Did you wind up buying anything while you were there? Thanks for sharing and thanks for watching! ~ Shion and Matthew
@@BrokenDreamsReborn I did buy a lot of stuff. My two grandkids got camping chairs and stuffed animals. My kids got tumblers and Koozies. I bought two Willie Nelson tee shirts. Brisket sandwich ( they were really good) Jerky and some other random stuff. Later this year I’m heading to south Texas so will have to find another one
Sometimes I have trouble closing the door in my caravan. I’ve worked out what it is if I put one of the legs up too hard it’s sort of twist the frame when I undo the leg a bit looser the frame goes back into shape and the door closes Maybe it your problem but maybe not stay safe.
If you have any doors opening during transport, this is also a serious issue. It is not because it needs shims. It is because of excessive frame flex which cold possible be overall frame failure. The National Highway, Traffic, and Safety Administration (NHTSA) need to know about the doors coming open.
You missed Buc ee’s. What’s up with that? I had to remove the bracket while up and adjusted the stairs and retighten, no problems since.. pretty red dogs! (Baby bison). Love the name of the park…lol. Love the truck. Joanne and I almost bought a ‘56 Ford flat head 6 truck. Opted not to buy. Something about insufficient funds! 😂
Those insufficient funds gets us too! 😂 We were running behind that day due to traffic delays, so we had to skip on Buc-ee's! 😥 Thanks for watching! ~ Shion and Matthew
The environment you see around you can tell a lot, the plains in Colorado and Wyoming can have some of the worst winds. There’s a RUclips vloger who is doing a camp host gig in Colorado that was living in a a small A frame trailer, the winds came up and completely destroyed her rig. Look up Nat Moran to see more.
I agree with the “out of state” fees, it’s very inhospitable & not tourist friendly. I suppose the states that do that just don’t want “foreigners” visiting their state parks. Dad owned an International pickup, I think it was a 1970 or so. Was quite the “experience” driving it🤣
That is cool about your dad's truck! Shion's grandfather had an older Ford truck that was an experience to drive too! No power steering or power brakes! LOL 😂 Thanks for sharing and thanks for watching too! ~ Shion and Matthew
@@BrokenDreamsReborn I buy diesel for my truck there every few weeks so I am there somewhat frequently. We occasionaly go in for some of the Beaver Nuggets. Wife and I. are vegan so don't really eat most of the food much but I am sure it is delicious from what other friends and family say. 🙂
That is a good question and we like all of it so far. It is hard to choose just 1 place. That is why it is our favorite state, LOL 😂 Thanks for asking and thanks for watching too! ~ Shion and Matthew
