Excellent debate thanks everyone
Especially I liked Dr shiva presentation, small correction there 02:37:00 intertan have a compression and lag screw integrated together. It has the lowest cut out rate and considered the next Gen Nailing system in UK.
I do admire the interlocking screw system with head on the screw, very logical.
Thanks
Dr Yousif ,even if the quality of reduction was not perfect ?
@@abubakeralmurabet8717 I think nothing compensates for a bad reduction event if you use an intertan nail you have to achieve a good reduction.
It's especially good in poor bone quality because it has a good antirotational characteristics.
Why can these great surgeon didn't talked about enders nailing in proximal fracture which sloves almost all problems .
Very good debate
