    It skips a lot of floors but it looks like there are some small doors at some stories, I bet that those are used for maintaince eventhough the elevators doesn't stop at those floors.

      I think these doors are for emergency use. If there is a power outage and the lift is stuck between ground and 18, the janitor only needs to hand wind/free fall the lift to the nearest of these small doors, not all the way up to 18 or down to ground.

      @@Waberner you are right. Those doors are there due to emergency regulations. Some other countries also have this regulation whereby whenever there is an express zone, there has to be doors every ~10 metres.
