I had to drive a friend's car home backwards once because his transmission went out. It got me thinking. 🤔 Since the reverse lights are white, if I put red bulbs in the headlights, would this be legal? How long could I get away with this? If I cross the Canadian border in reverse, will they think I was just leaving?

I went through snow covered Chilliwack twice on my street legal motorcycle. Had no issues but most younger observers had their jaw low enough for it to fall off by accident.
The reason a lot of these people are driving backwards is to gain better traction on icy roads. Most people can't afford an AWD vehicle but this trick puts your steering wheels at the back and your drive wheels forward.
I'm thinkin' 2017 was a pretty good year all round for that courageous stop sign. It appears none were harmed in the making of this film. This is surely an aberration and 2018/19 may see the sign as victim again. Things are too quiet out there in BC in '17. Also, is driving while blind a felony or a misdemeanor, considering just about everybody within coo-ee there seems to do it?
Using the few clues in the videos I found that intersection on Google Maps, I think the reason you are catching so much crazy stuff on camera is that the people have caught on to the fact that you publish the videos on youtube and they hope that they will see themselves.
In Chilliwack I've seen people driving backwards, the Stop sign is apparently optional, pedestrians cross at their own risk, one guy driving in circles until he figured out where he wanted to go and I just have to wonder, is there a very high rate of mental retardation going on in Chilliwack?
So the reason why people turn around so much and why you see all this is, this street has a school at the end, Chilliwack Senior Secondary and other schools, and drivers tend to use this street as a "thru" street going past the school, but there is a sign there at that intersection that says "NO EXIT" so drivers see that and then say oh crap and then turn around.. The heavy traffic and crazy traffic is just school traffic and crazy kids.
Lol, inversion is the key, it could explain why those vehicle's and their inhabitants are so fond of driving frckn backwards ffs. I'm not necessarily even saying all those people know the score, but rather suggesting there is something in that area that makes those people act so recklessly, like the area has unleashed something demonic.
