A trip to Alnwick Castle ( Hogwarts )

I didn't get my owl letter but decided to go to Hogwarts anyway - LOL. Alnwick Castle is located in Northumberland county England and was used for exterior and interior shots for Hogwarts in the Harry Potter movies. TV shows such as Downtown Abbey, Antiques Roadshow and The Hollow Crown have also filmed there. The current duke - Ralph Percy, 12th Duke of Northumberland and his family still live in the castle. It has over 600,000 visitors a year. I would love to go again when the gardens are in full bloom.
