When did the FIE switch invert the light scoring system? Also increase the DE matches to 15? I am aware of the changes being made around this period but would be curious to know if anybody knows the exact dates? :)
Not sure when the change to 15 touches was made but I started fencing in 1997 with the lights reversed and I seem to remember that change taking place sometime in 1999? Very confusing season that was.
I must have watched this 100 times 20 years ago when I had it on VHS. Thanks!
