Hi, dear viewers. You are aware that we have been continuously uploading various functional problems of Air Compressor, various functional details and various work and other work videos of air compressor. This continuity is at least important today in this video we have shown Air Compressor Temperature High Problem solution. This is Episode:01. Some more videos on this same topic will be uploaded later.
Problem: After Some Time of Starting The Air Compressor, The Temperature Becomes High and it Shuts Down.
Solution: We Have Checked the Oil Flow System of The Complete Air Compressor. After Checking, I Realized That The Oil is Not Flowing, It is Getting Blocked in The Thermostat Valve, So The Air Compressor Stops Running After Some Time. The Thermostat Valve is Not Opening at it's Specified Temperature, For This We Changed The Thermostat Valve and Installed a New One.

Can but it will not be Atlas Copco Air Compressor. Because to run without it some changes in the system have to be made.

Is 90 degrees oil temperature ok for atlas air compressor during loading.
And how much is the acceptable discharge outlet air temperature.

An outlet temperature of 75° - 85° C is ideal, at which the air dryer works very well.
