Install apps from apk. Can't install package while in secure FRP, package installer keeps stopping ?

- I was unable to install an application which I couldn't install from Google playstore and had to download the apk file using browser from internet and install by clicking on the downloaded apk file of that application. But it wasn't allowing me to install any application Even after allowing all the permission like install from unknown source. It was showing Can't install packages while in secure FRP. And also says Package installer keeps stopping
Note:- I am not teaching to do anything wrong, some phone is not allowing to install any apk file, but sometimes we need to install some application from apk only because it's not available on playstore.

Try holding shift and then pressing right-click on any blank space in the folder, it didn't show up for me until I did that, and it was windows powers shell for me

Hi. I had the same problem and I solved it by activating in the Developer Options three options:
- OEM Unlock
- USB debugging
- USB Debugging (Security Settings)
and following the indications in the video from activating those options it worked perfectly for me.
