Arisu and Niragi are indeed the same, specifically in terms of being self-centered, Niragi just acts out on that and enjoys it at other people's expense while Arisu has shown the ability to change and improve. Niragi sure feels self-righteous about it though lol
Kyuma being naked is a very blunt and straightforward way to show the ideology he keeps repeating through character design
It also wouldn't have made any sense if he gave Arisu the answers outright. He kept talking the entire time about wanting Arisu to show him how he wants to live life, and that he needs to find his own reason to keep going, not just parrot what someone else gives him.
Urumi (blue dress) had the exact right plan if you just want to survive by gathering a group that all says the mark at the same time, but like you mentioned, then you'll never get anywhere with the actual Jack of Hearts.
It also makes perfect sense that everyone followed her orders and stayed in the group for that long, because it's the only crumb of certainty in this entire game. And like the con man said, as soon as the barrier is broken on teamkilling then all hell breaks loose. Killing her would only mean that the group would implode and distrust each other even faster. Better to stay as incognito as possible.
