Nobody there calls people bad players if they lose because they had a genuine troll or griefer on their team. Unite doesn't have many true griefers or trolls, as in people playing for the sole purpose to intentionally annoy others. Most are just bad at the game or are too new like those 200 game Masters Cris talked about. Save your victim card for a rainy day lol, if you're frequently losing or hardstuck, you're not good at the game. End of. Pretending your team is constantly filled with actual griefers is pathetic.

I would like to see an option to report for "unskilled" like league of legends used to have. It doesn't take anything from the player but if they are reported unskilled for 3 games it forces them back into a tutorial.

It’s impossible to play unless you’re a masochist or have a humiliation kink, I also noticed one funny thing : I’ve made several new accounts because I was getting banned for 100years for talking shit to those trolls. So the funny thing is that once you proceed even with minimal payment - your win % goes down, I found people on Reddit who told me exactly the same thing, the system makes it so you want to recover your win % or rank progression. Basically this shit works like gambling : the more you lose the more you’re forcing yourself to continue playing. What a great matchmaking system, isn’t it ?
When this happens I just wait until their match starts. And if I get into a game with a known troll I just afk at base and let my team surrender early so nobody loses anything. Works like magic most of the time lmao

there should be a matchmaking block list that works for 1 week ..... if you block someone they won't get matched with them for atleast a weeks and you should be able to do that to 8-10 years per week

My argument for reporting bad players is if everyone votes them,you don't lose points in master rank/don't drop diamonds in the lower tiers. I don't know about you guys,but I'd rather stay put where I am instead of being pushed back down for something/someone who's out of my control.
They only count when you report player that disconnect/leaving mid match. Even when you successfully report them, the penalty is only -10 fair play point which is nothing since you can restore it in 2 days max. Weird that if you purposely not readying, they timed you out but not actively trolling 😂

I once got disconnected from a match due to Internet issues, managed to get back on in the end, and clutch up the match, I still was reported and went down to like 84 points 😂😂 today I jumped onto vc after dying to a scizor to say that he burnt his unite, instantly got reported by an aegislash that I pretty much didn't see all game. People just suck man. Mike the aegislash, get a life dude.
That's odd, I've had that Blaziken on my friend list for a long time and duo queued on occassion but never seen them troll this badly.. I never understood why people find that so funny to do

They should make it so if 3/5 players on the team report the same person that reported person gets banned from playing ranked for an hour (1st offense). Games where you have 0 chance to win from the start are SO frustrating. Saddest thing of all is, whenever you get one of those you kinda instinctively know you are gonna be alone at the Ray fight. Either your team doesn't show up period or dies within seconds leaving you alone vs entire enemy team to try to snipe Ray while being chased. X_X
Literally yesterday, I had someone troll yesterday. My younger brother did not noticed it because he was forced to go top. I was Umbreon and the Goodra went bottom with me to mess with me. Took all the farm when I reached Level 3 just to level gate me. Went to Darkrai to prevent him from getting his Level 5. Went back to bottom to get me killed and feed the enemies (also trying to prevent my Level 6). It was a mess. Because after getting Level 8, the Goodra stopped trying to level gate me or Darkrai and just backcapped all game. Even though the Espeon was pretty bad, at least the Espeon was not trolling. Darkrai was eh and my Brother and I were just struggling to keep up because we lost early and mid game. Espeon and Darkrai just stopped farming Level. Goodra was still backcapping and when I and my brother (who was Dura who we both planned on Duo Laning Bot) got Level 12. The enemies were Level 13-15 before Ray. And in Ray, we lost and I just was fed up. And I did the obvious rage trope, spammed "Check it Out!" on the Goodra who griefed me up until Level 8, Darkrai, and my brother.
I am paired with those while ranked top 4000 world. Get on voice for draft or just to tell the good items. Voice Banned every time and next time my account will be banned. But those monkeys can go free...
They should make an algorithm where after getting reported enough, they get put in griefer mode where they have to play with other griefers until they win enough games… like 10 games to get out of griefer mode
I learned to never play any Mons that rely on a defender or support. You are brave for playing Gard with the player on your team. It's pointless relying on randoms to pull through. Even defenders would hide behind attackers. Speedsters would camp, and all rounders would grief on enemy pad. It's so common, in the higher ranks. Then people have the nerve to ping while they dive into a losing fight with no rewards even if there was an off chance they'd succeed. I barely play anymore. I hit 1600 and log off for next season. I enjoy the game but not the player base.
I truly believe whats worst is when you spend quite some time in draf selection and the opposite team just forfeit whitin the next 2 min of the start of the match and you have to go again to draft and waste again more time in draft just to repeat this cycle. Its just unfair for everybody that when this happend, the match just get cancelled and everybody have to go to draft again, the game shoud give the forfeit team Zero penalties to the non idle player , victory to the other team and a more significant penalty for the idle players
They should make a new rule, wrap out their 1000 aeos coins post matchmaking and if the player is idle and not playing, give 25 percent of coins to rest of the players. These players remain idle for silly reasons, not giving the farm, not going for kills, if opponent is strong , they will quit during the match starting time and even if a person is idle from the beginning, team mates wont quit, the player idle games should totally end at the initial stage itself without team intervention. There are lot more to do in this game
Pour one out for the 0dmgbuzzwole player instalocked buzzwole when it was the meta option and would play the entire game, but never attack the enemy team. Almost any game they would have 0 dmg on the scoreboard with like 80 points scored.
match making system is flawed, report system is flawed and trash. I wish if you block a player you will not be teamed with them, I do not care if it makes match making longer to find players, I hate having the same trash players on my team everytime.

I used to get really annoyed by the people who try to surrender after we walk over the other team and secure Rayquaza. But I've seen far too many people leave comments about how someone stole their farm or something so they try to lose on purpose... you're actually just making the game worse for everyone by being petty.
The report system sucks. People in the master rank shouldn’t have an excuse of why they suck. This game needs to fix this. Low skill level and trolling should be a report category. I deleted United because it’s just impossible for me to reach 1600 this season (I got to 1550).

They should change the death timer. the more you die the higher the death timer is. that should be the penalty for trolling and decreases the death timer per kill.

The report system sucks. People in the master rank shouldn’t have an excuse of why they suck. This game needs to fix this. Low skill level and trolling should be a report category. I deleted United because it’s just impossible for me to reach 1600 this season (I got to 1550).
Are there other games that have a functioning report system that actually penalizes players for trolling/being distruptive?
still believe that physical attackers using special items should not be a thing and only using two items should be bannable or at least that player gets negative earnings in the game

AFKs are better by far.
I have the same mindset... reach 1600 and wait for season reset... no point of playing any extra since there is no benefit for the reset.

i quit LoL but they actually take reports in and i believe blocking stops u from matching with them
I dont fear the player with a 20% Winrate on my team, i fear who or what was on there team that made them win 20% of the time
I never fear them but I just know we are literally going to lose or somehow we get lucky and win but the 10min game will suck regardless

I don't have near your play time, but I'm good at video games. And in unite most of the time I'm getting 1 vs 3 in jungle or in path and nobody shows.

It's only one of the ramifications of a game that's been designed to appeal to Kids gameplaywise.
I don't think Devs take this game seriously at all. What ever they do with it, they keep making bank anyways. Why would fix something that ain't broken, Right? (in their eyes of course)

We need to start Something big. All pokemon unite influencer should connect even with the big teams like lg noun and so on and we start not playing unite for a whole month to get timis attention. But i think this woudnt work because influencer need to earn money with Videos and most of the people give a f*** about it.

These trolling players doesn't get anything and my friend with a lot of battle pass just opened his Mike to suggest a build to change and they reported him and he got id ban for 100 years he can now only play that account on 2124

They should change the death timer. the more you die the higher the death timer is. that should be the penalty for trolling and decreases the death timer per kill.
