Just do a reverse full Windsor, which means do the Windsor with the seem outside away from your body. Then take the tie off, flip it and you‘re done.

This same design is created on backside when I tie in "full windsor knot"
I thinks this design emerged when you invert the tie in first step of full windsor , so that the formation is on front side.
