This is awesome! Love seeing your day and night routine. Even though my skin is the polar opposite of yours, this is still super informative! I love the idea of putting all of your actives in a tub of moisturizer and simplifying the routine. I feel like mine takes awhile because I'm letting each step sink in before I apply the next. I'm usually using the waiting in between time to update my panning journal 🤣 I still have a few moisturizers that I need to get through but as soon as those are gone, I am looking forward to buying the Walmart tub. That was always my go to for moisturizing before I discovered all of the things that the beauty community told me I needed 😂

I wish I took better care of my skin at 25! I also love that you are looking out for your mom! My mom is in her 70s and spent a lot of time in the sun as a teen in the 70s. Sunscreen is our best friend! 😂
I have combo more dry leaning skin. i can only wash my face and put a sunscreen on my face in the morning. it all feels so heavy!! I don’t know what’s with my skin but i could never do that many layers especially before makeup. My morning skincare is done and then i take my dog out and feed him etc and then makeup so it should have enough time to sink in
That's interesting that you have dry skin but can't/don't like to use heavier moisturizing products. I've never had dry skin, so I can't speak to that, but so many dry skin creators talk about needing those thick creams to not feel dry and tight through the day. My skin is very dehydrated, so it soaks up the layers that I put on. I know sometimes we as a community complain about the beauty market being too saturated with products, but I guess this is why. We are all very different and it's nice to have a product for everyone. ❤️
Absolutely! I would never recommend mixing together actives for someone else! It does work for me, but I don't know the effects mixing is having on the actives. My skin seems to do okay with it, but defiantly, others should do with their skin and products what works for them and what they are comfortable doing. ❤️
