2 cups of ground egusi
1 to 1 1/2 cups of water
1 cup of palm oil
1 medium sized onion
Spinach or bitter leaf(washed)
Meat of your choice
3 red bell peppers
Habanero peppers (to your preferred spice)
1 large onion
Iru (locust beans)
Half a cup of ground crayfish
Chicken seasoning
Stew seasoning
1 large Dried fish (washed and deboned)
