To be clear, free range eggs only mean the chickens technically have outdoor space... The farmers are under no obligation to ever let them out/open the door to that space. Look for pastured raised eggs to ensure both nutrition & animal welfare/sustainability.

That is my favorite cheese from Costco! I actually have the shredded and block in my fridge now lol. We have chickens but they slow down in the winter so we always buy pasture raised eggs!! They are the only store bought eggs that have the same color yoke and taste like our eggs! That salmon is so good too!
The parm is so good, the pre shredded just makes dinner prep a breeze. I wish I had my own chickens, I can totally see a difference when making French omelets with farm or pasture raised eggs. Thank you so much for watching and your feed back!☺️

I love Kirkland egg whites. I mix about 3/4 cup with 2-3 whole eggs scrambled for breakfast. Tons of protein and still get the benefit of the yolks.

Same, I mix pasture raised eggs and the cage free egg whites together with black beans, chicken sausage, guacamole and salsa, YUM!!
Wow! Now that is a killer combo of high protein and fiber. I may have to give that a try...I love putting the cups guacamole into my scrambled eggs.
Pro tip: I get the avocado mash and keep them in the freezer so they last longer

Especially with microplastics and autoimmune people who find it hard to detox as it is. Thanks .. Hope Costco are looking at this
Microplastics are a serious issue. I took a deep dive into the issue years ago. Sadly I think it's a bigger issue than most know.
