There was no point in this mini game, unless it unlocked something no one has found yet, being FNAF, that is quite possible, then again, there could have been cut content that involved this mini game, but the mini game itself was left in, or a stand in for a D.L.C., which is also possible.

Personally, I've been spreading a theory in comment sections, this is the short version; Gregory and Vanessa are the Afton kids, but not robot, possibly clones, and Vanny is a separate character, but a whole other version of Elizabeth. That 'bad ending' started my theory. The 'missing people' is mentioned nowhere that I'm aware of, in game play, except in that ending, when it's over Gregory. Perhaps that 'ending' was actually the 'beginning' of him being brought to the Pizzaplex, or, if a clone, 'brought back'. There are hidden areas of the Pizzaplex, of someone camping out, it's still called 'five' nights at Freddy's, what if we were playing the fifth night? Gregory was cloned from the remnant, of the Freddy that chomped on crying child, however, being chomped on, his memory is lost, so he spends the four days trying to remember who he was, escaping Vanny, confusing her with Vanessa, there are areas to help jog his memory, like that creepy Afton family S.T.A.F.F. area, on the night of the show, Gregory finds his chance to escape, dose, runs, exhausted, finds a box with the newspaper of the missing people, takes a nap, Vanny takes him back, this sets off alarms, Freddy's internals go haywire, emergency reset, Gregory is resourceful, manages to escape again, and finds his way to and inside Freddy, leading to the beginning of the game, on the fifth night. Again, this 'is' the short version of my theory.
Can you beat it without going through glitches? This is a genuine question, I don't know what happens if you do or if that's even possible. And I see you've been trying to do that because of the astronomic amount of points you have.
