That was a little disappointing from FULTON, the manufacturer of these excellent retractable ratchet straps. Why FULTON did not take the opportunity to produce a demonstration of the ideal installation of their straps do not know. At one point they did mention not to install these straps in way that pulls the boat forward on the trailer. FULTON could have provided a detailed explanation what we are trying to achieve when installing their straps, then go on to show the correct install.
