Every day on the water is an "adventure". Glad both of you had a great time in Key West. I love Islamorada. Can't wait for you to post your next adventure.

The real celebrity in this video is your courage and grit to do this. It's getting real and, I believe most people have no idea what the ocean can turn into, nor do they know the feeling of "sporty" seas and what it does to everyone's stomach at some point. To show the real stuff (puke bucket and bathroom aftermath)? Thank you!! Now to Key West. So many memories there. That bike rental was right across from the place we stayed (McCartney Manor). Monkey Bar, Amigos Mexican food, the Museum, the Fort, you two covered so much. Your sisters face was classic, "Two, three bathrooms?" Keep going! Never stop!!

@@adventurecrews Every day in my job, folks say it looks so easy. But they are not the ones getting up before the dawn cracks and staying up when everyone in the universe is in bed to make sure it is right. I have tried creating content and I bow to those like you two who do it, and do it exceptionally well. You two are amazing!

Emily and Cole. Your cleanness and freshness are a breath of fresh air. You both are so peaceful. It blesses me to see you guys pray and give thanks. Please don't change. I am a 2nd generation Floridian born in Coral Gables Hospital in 1940. Yes, that makes me 82 and still going strong. I was raised in Cocoa Nut Grove ad the Keys commercial fishing for the most part of my life from the age of 2 weeks until the early 60's. So I'm saying this respectfully. The pie that you are eating in Key West now are not the original Key Lime pie. The original pies did not have gram cracker crust nor whipped cream of imitation toppings on them. They are a egg/cream based filling with Key Lime juice to flavor. They have real pie crust and whipped egg topping slightly browned. The topping is made from the egg whites that come from the filling eggs. When you eat one made the original way you will never order another one at a restaurant. My wife makes them for us every few weeks just so we will remember our roots. We also keep a couple bottles of Key Lime juice to use on seafood. I make our Old Keys Cole Slaw using Key Lime juice as well as make our Tarter Sauce and put a little lime juice in it. You guys are to innocent and sweet to fall for a joker like the one in the green suit. Keep perusing your dream. Wish I had kept after mine instead of chasing something else years ago. Be blessed always. He was right about where the limes came from though.

@@adventurecrews 🤣😂 Love you two and you attitudes. I was only joking about the guy in the Green suit 😂 have always thought he was funny. Keep some Key Lime juice on your boat it goes well. We used to make what we call lime sour in South Florida when I was a kid. We would squeeze the limes and place the juice in a glass jar and ad some salt then cover it with a cloth. They would let it sit until there was a coating on top that looked like mold. They carefully skimmed this off and strained the juice thru a cloth. Would put it in old vinegar bottles and seal them. This was used in a lot of the recipes in the old days. It was use I said earlier to flavor seafood dishes, salads, on top of cooked greens and making deserts and homemade ice-cream. Since it was concentrated it didn't take as much. My dad taught me how to make Keys chowder and I still make it when I can get the ingredients fresh. Keeps a long time on the boat while fishing with very little ice (refrigeration now days).

Hi Emily and Cole! We loved this episode! Key West is a fun little town. You definitely had the right idea exploring it on bikes. My favorite Key Lime pie is the chocolate covered one on a stick! :) Did the washer come with your boat, or did you guys add it? ~Melissa (and Ted)
