    LEARNINGS -
    1) If we keep acting by the programming of our emotions then we are not behaving in the best possible manner
    2) If an emotion arises then just watch it without participating in it
    3) If you want to react on this emotion then react with the intention that how will this reaction be best in the service of god

    I never comments for swamiji lecture from last 2 year, just I watch it and leave the RUclips . But today by this video really my soul says me to comment my word. From my point of view every lecture by swamiji it best way to know our self and understand ourself and drive our self in right way. This lecture is tells me that I need to take way one step in wrongful situation and try to understand and respond to it in best way.
    Now My mind and heart telling me that "swamiji is god to youth" ............

    Wow! Swamiji beautifully describes the way to develop Sakshi Bhav through self-awareness of four things: (1) Bodily sensations, (2) Feelings that sensations create, (3) Emotions that evoke feelings, and (4) Perception of the environment. Such awareness will enable us to choose the more appropriate response to the situation. However, assessing our own intention can connect the mind with God. Thank you, Swamiji.

    So practical and beautiful explanation by Swamiji on how to stop over thinking and lead a stress free life! Our mind is a continuous thought creating machine. According to thoughts our emotions , feeling and action come. It is so powerful that it can make our life calm, serene or distracted. So we can definitely control our thoughts with proper knowledge and practice contemplation of that knowledge repeatedly with positive thoughts every moment.
