Hello Michelle! I recently watched your video and found it very informative. Thank you. I do have a question about the store feature. Is the store automatically set up or is that something that needs to be done. I’m currently using pixieset and find it a bit confusing on the store feature.

It's pretty much automatically set up! You'll just need to customize what lab you want, what products you want to offer and the price of the products you want to offer which is a one time set up. But once it's set up you just toggle on or off if you want the store available on what galleries and it's all auto populated (the mockup images and everything). If you'd like a video on how to set up the store let me know!

Great video! As a beginner photographer myself, Cloudspot to me, seems innovative and a confidence booster. My only question is, does cloudspot help create/build your wedsite for you ? To share your work - or is it Only Share Galleries by link ?

Thank you! At this time Cloudspot does not build a website for you, just the online galleries by link and print shop. I use Showit for my website and highly recommend them.

Between Honeybook, Dubsado, and Bonsai, which has the best visual design customization for typography, colors, text alignment, form styles, etc?

I've never used Bonsai, but out of Honeybook or Dubsado, I would definitely say Honeybook.

What about retouching? Why do none of these plateforsm not allow you to bring your retouchers into them to handle retouching requests? Seems like a no brainer feature.

Can you clarify what you mean? Because I know in Honeybook you can add whoever you want to a project and communicate, schedule, invoice all within that project with each other.
