The wolf sounds like either Jim Cummings or Will Ryan. That's probably Jeff Bergman as Droopy. Also, notice the airport is named "Avery International Airport", obviously named for Tex Avery the creator of Droopy.
Yeah, because this references the classic cartoon "Northwest Hound Police" where the Wolf is trying to get away from Droopy and that red head girl at work which shares a similarity to the titular character "Red Hot Riding Hood".
