Aloha from Kansas!! It’s so nice to come home from the pool and have one of your livestreams to watch!! I made this out of cotton for a cat toy. Did 4 rows!! That fourth toe of 1280 stitches took me forever!!! Cat loved it!!! Also. If you make this out of bright acrylic colors and put it on your suitcase, when your luggage comes down the carousel you will immediately spot it!! Only three rows for luggage!!! 😀😀‼️🌈🌈
I'm on my third bath pouf since watching the replay of this CAL (sorry I missed this when it was live). I am loving these! Thank you so much for pattern and tutorial.
Thank you for this tutorial I really enjoy them hope you and Mr and stitches are doing well AJ and I love and look forward to the next video tutorial God bless you
Thank you for this tutorial. Loved it. It will pair perfectly with your Shower Back Scrubber (I can't share the link to show what I'm talking about 😔) pattern from 4 years ago for my son-in-law .. and my sons. Thank you again.
SINCE I HAVE A READING DISABILITY & SHORT TERM MEMORY PROBLEMS, I CANT Read patterns or is buy some. I GO BACK over & over to your tuts(I call the tutorials (tuts=toots, not to be confused with...u know, the smelly things😊😁. I hear something new each time. I heard u read a gals scrap theory is 10 yards. Lol. I would just make a scrap ball out of the hem at that point. 😁😊❤❤❤
I think it might be a bit large for a dish scrubber, or possibly a bit cumbersome. Bodies are usually round and soft and dishes are usually hard and have edges and small corners etc. When doing dishes I like to be able to have control over a small scrubber (I don't even like really big dishcloths) and I wash dishes several times a day so I like the scrubber or cloth to dry out in between uses. The poufs take longer to dry and are very soft and squishy. Good for bodies showing once a day, but maybe not so much for dishes.
Hi. It looks like you used regular yarn and scrubby yarn in your green example, did you use a bigger hook for the whole project because it looks like you used both or if you do do that do you switch hook sizes or do you use the bigger hook the whole project? I love your channel!!
Hi Julie, you might have asked this before we discussed it in the video, but I used the same hook and the yarn is a half/half blend of regular cotton and scrubby cotton 😊
Would it make the pouffe bigger if you use a bigger stitch like a treble instead of the dc in either just the 3rd row or all rows? Or better just to add extra rows with dc?
Hi Carri! The denseness of the stitches is what creates the rippling, winding pouf look. Using taller stitches might make it overall a little bigger, but the rippling wouldn't be affected. * thinking it over * You'd gain a bit of volume but not necessarily any density. You might consider trying a Row 2 of trebles and see if you notice a difference before going into Row 3 with them. If you try it and you like it, please let us know!
Hi Kati, that sounds really pretty! If you know where I might be able to see a photo of what you're talking about, please pop into our Etsy shop and let me know. You can send us photos or links there 😊
@@JaydaInStitches I found it on Etsy. It’s so pretty but also kind off inexpensive for as much work as it seems to be. Let me know your thoughts. I send you the link. 😊 Thanks
Hi Christina, that might be too thick. But, a larger hook and maybe only 2 rows would be a good size? You might want to try cramming even more dc into each stitch, like 5 or 6 instead of 4. A little experiment might be required!
That is really frustrating! But, you can bypass the broken notification system! We live stream at 11:00 AM Eastern on Mondays, so you can put it in your phone/tablet calendar and it will notify you 😊

💗
Thank you! I so love these and the color scheme.
Hi Rose!
I’ll make many and put them in a basket and I use a clean one every time. The used one goes in the laundry.
Good idea to treat them like a washcloth!

Valentine
Oh nuts, I slept in & missed the live 😢
Hi Lorraine!
I already did a pouffe but it wasn t tight enough
My dad had old spice and I remember Brut love your your pouffe . Where did you buy your yarn or the name of the yarn
Hi! These are all Bernat Handicrafter yarns, we usually get them at Walmart, but the Stripeys came from Lens Mill.
Could you use this for dishes also. I made a dish towel and was thinking of using one for dishes instead of a dish cloth

@@JaydaInStitches Thank you I was trying too figure out a set like a towel and dish cloth or scurby.
The pink one i think itis1
I had to stop the other day my Hans cramped up.
They do that, especially when you're trying to cram stitches!
Hi everyone
Hi Martha!

Hi Jayda; I saw a scarf this weekend that looked like flowers around and around. Wondering if you can make it like this.

What’s the name brand on the soft cotton. Pink is lovely. But they are all pretty
The little cakes are all Bernat Stripey.
What about wild countryby Avon
How about tommy girl and Beverly hills 274
Could you use t shirt yarn
