I would rather have that then a 40 years of mania showcase. Since 2k24 is about finishing the story its a waste of an opportunity. We could have a Hogan story, a stone cold story, a cody story, a bianca story, a ripley story, and maybe a vs Roman Reigns/ bloodline story.

Imagine playing an La Knight story where you walk around backstage making fun of Waller and Theory and hunting their daddy Logan Paul for the Us title. Also a Tweener Drew story where you walk around taking names
This mode also has real superstars voice acting and moving in cutscenes. I'm so tired of the lazy, stands still and read-the-script crap that these games are using now.

I love the character selection for this RtWM where they say either 'I'm breaking Undertaker's streak' or 'I'll beat anyone you put in front of me.' I prefer the way Truth said the former, has some rhythm to it. Also, Truth is so over these days. Back then he's awesome, too, always loved seeing him on Raw.

Smackdown vs. Raw was one of the best games in the series. I still miss this RTWM challenge, I was doing it with all the champs available. Now we have nonsense Unleashed/Undisputed series... And it doesn't even allow you to go around...
I do like MyRise, but they can easily do that along with a RTWM challenge. Just remove Showcase.

When I played through and got up to the part with the legends, I once pinned Jimmy Snuka in like eight seconds lol. The ladder match and the final match are basically impossible, so the dip in difficulty in that part of the story is just so insane 💀

I agree but that's why they have My Career/My Rise. I've never played any of the showcase stuff since they introduced it in 2k15. Didn't even play 30 yrs of WM. I don't want to play anything where i know the results and what's gonna happen. If i wanna relive Showcase stuff I'd just go on peacock lol

I think a cool thing they could have done is have it pan out in a circle leading to it basically showing the Undertaker looking into his urn after he beat you at WM as your soul would be lost to the streak.
