I watched this before, and am watching it again for a refresher course. One of your comments about walking in and asking a "tarot card reader" whats happening? I know was a sarcastic remark, and I laughed, but seriously, I was with someone who believed in that sort of thing. She went into this shop that sold all kinds of Tarot cards, and items used for telling the future, and items for use in Witchcraft. Also there were Ouiji boards for sale. I was not an Adventist when this happened. I was a Sunday attending Christian, but Bible believing, and still I felt a warning in my spirit to not go into that shop. I did anyway, and I felt so sick and nauseated quite suddenly upon entering. I felt a dark heaviness come over me, and a sense of deep sadness and darkness.
I was so overcome, I began to pray to Jesus for help, and His answerr was this: "Leave the area immediately, you tread on Satan's ground--get out now!" I listened and quickly exited the shop, and had immediate relief from my nausea and dizziness, and feelings of darkness and sadness. It was the most overpowering feeling of evil I have ever felt in my life. I share this only to warn you that even in jest those places are the enemies territory--and we should not enter those places unless God is sending us to do spiritual battle or some kind of special work for him.
It did open the door for me to discuss the gospel with my non-believing college friend. For the first time, she heard the gospel of Jesus Christ. Up to that time she had no idea that there was such a real thing as Good and Evil or a spsiritual realm. I was amazed at her naviete. Today I do not know where this person is, as she was more a college friend--and was into stuff I could not participate in as a Christian. I mean some dark stuff. I prayed for her often. Just wanted to share this.
today I have been an Adventist now for almost 15 years and my Dad almost 5 years! WE are spiritually joyful, and continue to learn much. He watches you, Doug Batchelor on TV at home, forget which channel now, but is thrilled to hear you preach. He listens to you as he does his laundry on Sundays. WE both attend an SDA church together on Sabbath! WE love the people in our church, all of them, as they make up God's church. WE have learned to accept everyone as they are on their own journeys! Something my parents struggled with as parents, and caused us to "church jump" and denomination jump a lot. When I found this particular SDA demonination, I finally found HOME! Teaching and preaching the Bible and following what it says, in their homes! AS I was an invited guest to many as they got to know me. It took me some time to convince my folks, my passed away, but met my pastor on her death bed, finally realizing the truth, and after her death, my Dad finally came to my church. HE found love, truth, peace, and acceptance and good true friendship. He finally realized what I did too, the truth about hell, and Sabbath, and The SEcond Coming, all of it. WE are so happy when we have the opportunity to share with others who want to know the truth too. Our church is growing!!

Since the shattering of Babylon, Medo-Persia, Greece and Rome was a literal fulfillment of divine prophecy (Prophets and Kings p501.3), it stands to reason that the kingdom that was prophesied to shatter these four kingdoms (Daniel 2:44) would be in existence at the time of their destruction.
Doug is fairly unlearned in the scriptures. At the 37:00 minute mark he starts to claim that a government run by religion is a really bad thing. Hmm, what was Moses and the Israelites??? What was Israel???? He simply has an agenda to prove regardless if he is correct or not.
These four are: the Babylonian kingdom (gold), that of the Medes and the Persians (silver), the Greek (bronze), and that of iron (the Ptolemy kingdom). The main meaning of all this is that the kingdom of God inaugurated by Jesus Christ (cf. Matt. 4:17) will oppose the various pagan kingdoms, which are the personification of the kingdom of Satan. This kingdom of God, which is the Church, is,, symbolized by the stone “which was cut out by no human hand… and smote the image” (2:34-35). *Beginning in a small, insignificant way, the Church will spread all over the world, thanks to the power of God who sustains it.* This, in summary, is the content of Daniel’s interpretation.
Dan.2:44. *But in the days of THOSE kingdoms, (NOT THOUSANDS OF YEARS LATER) the God of heaven will set up a kingdom that shall never by destroyed,* and his kingdom shall not be delivered up to another people: and it shall break in pieces, and *shall consume all THESE kingdoms: and itself shall stand for ever* .
Mark 1:15 And saying, *The time is fulfilled, and the kingdom of God is at hand: repent ye, and believe the gospel.*
Luke 4:43 And he said unto them, *I must preach the kingdom of God to other cities also: for therefore am I sent.*

The lesson for Sunday, January 12, was titled "The Immanence of God" and can be found on page 21 of the "Standard Edition" of the "Sabbath School Bible Study Guide." According to a note at the bottom of the page, "Immanence means "that though distinct from the creation, God can still be so close to it." Is that true?
According to Encyclopedia Britannica, immanence "is for the theological conception of God as existing in and throughout the created world."
According to "Webster's Third New International Dictionary Unabridged," immanence is "the indwelling presence of God in the World."
From the book, "A Wonderful Deception" by Warren B. Smith page 18 there is more on the meaning of immanence. The "New Age Journal" editor Ronald S. Miller describes "how the occult/magical saying 'as above, so below' conveys the 'fundamental truth about the universe'-the teaching that 'we are all one' because God is 'immanent' or 'within' everyone and everything."
Immanence describes pantheism.
For you starting your study of Lesson 5, "From Pride to Humility," please explain why Ezekiel 28:17 is used on the first page from the King James Version. Keep in mind that except for three quotations of quotations, this is the ONLY verse up to lesson 5 that could only have been taken from the King James Version while there were forty-one verses that could only have been taken from the New King James Version.

Daniel was certainly a special, Blessed chosen man, but does that really mean that everyone else was either dumb or eviĺ? So how would you fare if you were there Doug? The king simply desired to have his dreams "told".
The thing I can't understand with all these white preachers, they never seen to honestly say who Rome is today (the ruling nation of people).
There is a kingdom of people ruling the earth and they always seem to slide around this with spirituality. These people dictate what happens in the Middle East, sanction the nation's they want to together, freeze nation's money for not bowing down to their ideologies (e.g. homosexually). Yet they can never identify which nation honestly ruling the world.
It always come down to Christ coming for sinners, this is true in some regards but he's coming to destroy a specific nation (race of people) just like the Babylonians, the Medo-Persian and the Greeks. Why this time He's not coming for a specific nation who is ruling today and to destroy that Kingdom?
Their truth is nothing but lies pass down from generation to generation. We all know who is ruling today and their rule is nothing but evil. But how can they incriminate themselves.
I have to disagree with your understanding of the feet of the great image. The feet is when the great image stands and that is the United States of America. The Iron symbolizes the Republican Party and the miry clay symbolizes the Democratic Party.
In Daniel 7:25 Daniel declares that because of his vision that he Daniel changed sides.
You are wrong. You have totally derailed from the track.
Iron = Roman Kingdom; Clay = God's People.
CLAY:
Jeremiah 18:6 - "O house of Israel, cannot I do with you as this potter? saith the Lord. Behold, as the clay is in the potter's hand, so are ye in mine hand, O house of Israel."
Isaiah 64:8 - "But now, O Lord, thou art our father; we are the clay, and thou our potter; and we all are the work of thy hand."
Daniel 2:43 - "And whereas thou sawest iron mixed with miry clay, they shall mingle themselves with the seed of men"
"seeds of men" = seed of men of Roman Kingdom
"miry clay" = people of God / children of God
The worldly people and God's people will never cleave to each other.
@@farwestgarohills3831 I don't see how Jeremiah 18:6 has anything to do with the Roman Kingdom, this chapter is talking about Judah and how the Lord of hosts can shape the house of Israel.
Isaiah 64 is talking about Zion and Jerusalem, nothing to do with the Roman kingdom.
Daniel 2:43 they mingle together with the seed of men. This is a little deeper than the two parties system of America, but the actual meaning of this is the Iron are of the Serpent Seed and they mingle with the Human Seed. This comes from the Garden of Eden in Genesis 3. The serpent seed are Spirits who were just below the Angels as part of the Angel Army. The Serpent Seed are still among mankind and Jesus planned to lead them and is why he told you to worship him as the Serpent in the wilderness, the wilderness is the Garden of Eden. John 3:14.
Then you simply claim the seeds of men are of the Roman Kingdom, when clearly the human seed comes from Adam and Eve and the Garden of Eden.
Again you simply declare that miry clay = people of God, when the Lord of hosts claims to have made the human species in the Garden of Eden Story. Although it is true that the Lord of hosts seems to claim the Jews above the Gentiles, this is because he divides to conquer. But how is it that you think the Italians are Jews?

Lets talk about this mixing of clay and iron for a moment. I'm not about to change the mind of this Pastor because no matter what proof a person provides him, he is determined to beat the same ole drum of Catholicism but my hope is that one of you will take this to heart and do your own studying!
So what of this "Iron and Clay"...Daniel 2:41; "And whereas thou sawest the feet and toes, part of potters' clay, and part of iron, the kingdom shall be divided; but there shall be in it of the strength of the iron, forasmuch as thou sawest the iron mixed with miry clay."
What you need to understand is that Islam attempts to mingle Nations through Religion and Intermarriage. What is also important to understand is that Arabs and ancient Jews mastered the bible much better than any Westerner could ever think of doing.
As an example, Rabbi Saadiah Gaon, a Jewish Philosopher during the Abbasid period believed the fourth beast in Daniels vision is the mingling of Roman and the Arab and Ibn Ezra spoke of Arabs and Turks forming this threat as well. As confirmation of this, Strongs dictionary also affirms the word for 'mingling' is "Mu-Arab," or to Arabize non Arabs. Any person with half a brain would understand this to spell out Islam; the Arabizing process of this religion..."And just as you saw the Iron mixed with baked clay, so the people will be mixed (Arabized).
Which brings me to my next point...There is no denying the succession of these kingdoms...With the exception of the fourth!
Daniel 2:41; "And whereas thou sawest the feet, and the toes, part of potter's clay, and part of iron: the kingdom shall be DIVIDED, but yet it shall take its ORIGIN FROM THE IRON, according as thou sawest the iron mixed with the miry clay".
Daniel 2:40; "And the fourth Kingdom shall be as strong as Iron, inasmuch as iron breaks in pieces and shatters everything; and like iron that crushes, that kingdom will break in pieces and crush all the other."
While the Roman Empire was vast at its zenith, it certainly did not 'crush' all the area of the three previous empires, especially the Grecian and Persian Empires. So it obviously cannot be the legs of Iron because it DOES NOT crush ALL of the previous Kingdoms. But what empire did conquer ALL of the area of the previous three? Islam!
The borders of all Islamic Caliphates/Empires when put together cover ALL the regions occupied by the previous Three Kingdoms. Islam continued from 622 to 1924 when it was finally defeated. Altogether, there were Four main Caliphates that spanned the entire time period. In other words, it is Islam that is the Fourth Kingdom, made of the Iron Legs that crushes all the others. And if that is the case, then the feet made of Iron and Clay would be a revived Islamic Caliphate, NOT a revived Roman Empire like so many in the Adventist circles and other Protestant Faiths would like you to believe. And if you are watching world events, especially in the Middle East, then you know we are witnessing this new Caliphate being "Resurrected" right before our very eyes!
Abu Bakr Al-Siddiq founded the first crown/kingdom and Hasan ibn Ali', founded the second which branched into the Shiites. This is what sprouted the Two Horns and is why it is a "divided kingdom".
This can only be speaking of Asia Minor (Turkey) which was the EASTERN Roman Empire: Iron. (The Byzantine Empire, also referred to as the Eastern Roman Empire was the continuation of the Roman Empire when its capital was Constantinople). What happened before the defeat of Constantinople? Hungarian and German engineers created the biggest cannon of that time...This was for the Ottoman Empires ambition to expand. The Ottomans used the cannon to break the walls of Constantinople, ending the Easter Half of the Christian Roman Empire.
So allow me to break it down for you. At the end times there will be the 8th Kingdom. Revelation 17:11; "And the beast that was, and is not, even he is the eighth, and is of the seven, and goeth into perdition." Sound confusing...it really isn't!
This would encompass the threat to ALL of God's people from Moses:
- (1) Egypt (1st horn),
- (2) Assyrian (2nd horn), since Assyria defeated Egypt,
- (3) Babylon (3rd horn) since Babylon defeated Assyria,
- (4) Persia (4th horn) since Persia defeated Babylon,
- (5) Greece (8th horn) since Greece defeated Persia and had 4 divisions making it, 5th, 6th, 7th and 8th horn,
- (6) Rome (9th horn) since Rome defeated Greece and then
- (7) the Ottoman Empire (10th horn) since the Ottomans defeated the Romans at Constantinople and ENDED the Roman Empire.
What you wont be told is that the Ottoman Caliphate held the title of Kaisar Al-Rum (Caesar of the Romans) and "belonged to the seven" exactly as John said it would be.
Turkey is the Fourth Kingdom of Daniel 2, rising again as the feet of Iron and Clay, NOT ROME and NOT the United States!
Remember the beast in Revelation 13 that has seven heads and ten horns with one of the heads having a deadly wound that was healed? Revelation 17 specifically points out what that means: Revelation 17:9-11; "The seven heads are seven mountains on which the woman is seated; they are also seven kings, five of whom have fallen, one is, the other has not yet come, and when he does come he must remain only a little while. As for the beast that was and is not, it is an eighth but it belongs to the seven, and it goes to destruction."
The key to all of this is that the SEVENTH KINGDOM is also the EIGHTH. The five that had fallen are Egypt, Assyria, Babylon, Persia and Greece. The sixth kingdom, or the 'one that is', is the Roman Empire, as it was at the time of John when he wrote these visions down. So what kingdom came after the Roman Empire? The Islamic Empire! It spanned over 1300 years and later became the Ottoman Empire. It is the SEVENTH KINGDOM but that kingdom fell in 1923 when it received it's 'Deadly wound' and now we are watching its rebirth as the EIGHTH KINGDOM.

Thing about flies.........that’s what they truly are in the end. Many of these Sunday keepers are going to be the folks “weeping and gnashing of teeth” Jesus warned us about. Evil people are evil no matter what. Nothing anyone says would make a hill of beans of difference. Bible has much to say to the heart of the fool, nowhere in Scripture does God mince words.

Sunday keepers would if they could, spy out our liberty and bring us captive into their fold or hung. Trying to witness to a Sunday keeper is as brick wall as when I was a Sunday keeper witnessing to Catholics...........thank GOD I’m not in this to, “win friends and influence people.” Wow.
Sadly this is full of scriptural error. The teaching that Rome is the 4th kingdom because it sits on 7 hills (Rev 17:9-10) is a teaching that has been going around for a long time, and is completely wrong, and is a misunderstanding of those scriptures.. The teaching in this video about the 10 heads is also wrong, and has been repeated for a long time as well. Rome has nothing to do with biblical prophecy, and Satan has used it to deceive many in the church.
