As a new player to elden ring and doing co op eith a friend being my guide and letting me learn the game, invasions at my level are just twinks with little skill and one shot weapons, but i bet once i get the weapons they moved over to their lower character i can start being able to fight back
Invasions are so imbalanced in favor of the host, it's like the only reason the mechanic exists in Elden Ring is to massage the ego of hosts who can't even traverse the open world without babysitters, instead of actually being a way to balance coop so people couldn't steamroll the entire game, like it used to be in the other souls games
Also, for reference, don't "Fair" this guy at 10:20. That's a rune arc taunter's tonguer - he's using a rune arc worth about 30 levels to boost his stats and fight invaders at a distinct advantage. He's specifically fishing for unfair duels and bagging people when he wins, most likely because he loses every duel in the colosseum where he can't flask twice as many times as the opps.
the rune arc probably isn't Godricks at that level, not really worth using at high levels. Radahn's and Morgott's give massive HP boosts that are far more useful at high level. But yeah shit on rune-arced arena dropouts
