Never, ever, argue with a Chief. Nice job Tom, it was fun watching.
Haha....this is true Mike. Thanks for watching! Had a blast making it. Chief also so graciously provides good material.
I didn't realize Saginaw bay was so good on the walleye fishing. You had to make a little road trip to get down there. Those were some brutes! Tight lines from Rick
Hi Rick. Excellent walleye fishing. Thanks for tuning in again.
@@fish-itis9469 You bet bud. Jim and I always look forward to your content. Tight lines
Great Video,Thx for Sharing.
Thanks! Appreciate you watching. Haven't got back there yet this year, but planning on it.
You guys get into some really nice walleye! Looked like some good action that day!
We just happened to hit some good ones this day. Had to "down-size" to get them to bite. Thanks for tuning in!
We were just up on the Bay Saturday, great weather great fishing. Y’all got some nice eyes!👍
We happened to hit some nice sized fish that day. It was a bit slow but can't complain when they're quality size. Thanks for tuning in!
I love your editing :P Where was me telling you to use another copper confusion???? LOL Fun day!
Why did I know you would somehow try to take credit for catching those quality fish? Definitely a fun day on the water!
Oh yeah....I just hit your bell. Fellow Michigander here.
Thanks so much! Good luck fishing.
Your videos always make me wish I was in my boat. No challenge for Leigh? Lol. Nicely done!
Thanks Moondog! No challenge for Leigh. She would win every time!
Her challenge is not to throw me overboard ;) LOL
Awesome content! New subscriber here! Have you ever been to Erie to catch walleye? It’s a heck of a time!
Thanks for tuning in! Glad you enjoyed it. Yes, I used to fish Erie a lot. I lived in Pittsburgh for most of my life. They grow em' big in Lake Erie. Boards and dipseys were the key in deeper water there. Also fished Port Clinton area before.
When was this recorded
That was last summer. Thanks for stopping by!
Where did you put in at? I’m from the west side and want to make a couple trips over this spring and summer
Thanks for watching! We launched out of Au Gres.
The clicker is so inoying when reeling in a fish. Like crinkling a chip bag. SMH LoL
I know!
GPS Concordance?
lol...we were fishing 22 to 26 feet. Most other boats were fishing much deeper. We just happened to run into some bigger fish near weed beds.
@@fish-itis9469 another question....do you recommend any autopilot for kicker thinking the Lowrance system but I don't know if it works on kicker Motors or just the big motor with either Hydraulics or cable steer
I was on my buddy Chief's boat this trip and he used the Minn Kota auto pilot all day. If fishing walleyes I'm always using the auto pilot on my boat. But when fishing salmon or in stronger winds I have a small 8 horse power 4 stroke that's really quiet. I'm still experimenting running both and having the auto pilot steer. If you punch in the coordinates it will stay on track or use the "north" button to keep it straight. It's nice to have to keep things in line while you focus on fishing and netting! I can't believe I went without the autopilot for so many years. Definitely worth the money! I really like the spot lock feature when fishing slip floats for walleyes as I do on some of my other vids. Better than anchors!
