"Inferior painting surfaces.. don't waste your time with them. My personal favorite surface is the Artefex Allinpanel. From years of prepping and making my own panels, and doing a bunch of various work like priming and sanding can take a lot of time. When you want to get busy painting it's nice to have something that's ready to go.
