you have got it wrong my friend , transgender is not related to sexuality , TRANS-GENDER means boy living like a girl because he wants to , and vice versa . intersex is not related to gender , that is just a genetic thing you are born with just like some people might born with more than 2 arms
intersex is related to sex (biological) due to DSD. They still fall under the category of male and female with developmental disorder. just like if a boy is born without a limb he doesnt become a female. this a boy born with intersex condition doesnt become a female either.
Sex is determined by the gametes if the person which is binary - Egg means female, Sperm means male

Sex, gender and sexuality are completely different topics. Intersex is not a third 'gender'. It comes under biological sex that the baby is born with. Gender is what the person wants to assign themselves as. For example, cis-male, cis-female, transman, transwoman, agender, and many more. Sexuality is who you're attracted towards.
