My suggestion is that the gov't should get or buy a cite inorder to create in a new capital coz kampala so populated with alot of people yet the cite does reqire many inside it and KCCA should ban all taxi drivers and their taxises all boda cyclist walai coz we need a better modern cite which looks smart and clean.

Thanks for the update , but why are the roads looking dirty and brown in colour instead of black, it still looks old roads and no dimacations on the roads unless maybe the constitution is still going on and u said it's finally done, for sure i don't know if Kampala will reach to the level of Rwanda being clean because people leaving in Kampala are also dirty and disorganized, they just throw rubbish anywhere, any way it remains my country, but we in conclusion that flyover still needs more work in order to be in good standard like other countries, Kampala is still home of ancestors but not modern cities, u can't compare Kampala, to cities like Nairobi, Dar es salaam, kigali, mombasa, Nakuru plus other cities in East Africa, maybe burundi can be compared to Kampala, and we have a president who talks of development when he goes to other countries , its going to take uganda more 50yrs to be in standard of a capital city, but now, its impossible, but thanks for the good work dear

The feeder roads in Uganda have murram thus the dirt. As for Rwanda, the general picture in the country is different from Kigali. The rural access is appalling as the data below shows:
"The MS score correlates with the existing World Bank’s Rural Access Index and the WEF’s Quality of Road Infrastructure score.
Below are 10 African countries with the worst road infrastructure:
      Rank Country Mean score
      1. Rwanda 47
      2.Guinea 50
      3. Burundi 51
      4.Madagascar 51
      5.Gambia 53
      6. Nigeria 55

As long as your compound is not paved, feeder roads don't have tarmac and the towns and cities' drainage systems are not cleared regularly, with red soils, the roads will appear that way. Many of the countries admired for cleanliness have grey or black soil or sand which look different when wet. Red soil looks bad when it is in the wrong places.

Better in what sense? This sounds infantile. Nairobi was developed to serve a colony of British settlers, just like South Africa and Rhodesia. The planning and infrastructural development were therefore different. Land tenure systems were different. The Ugandan 'village' has more people who actually own the land than the Kenyans who own condominiums in apartment blocks. Legacy matters.
