my .02, it's quieter and more efficient to rack one at the truck or start of hunt and then pull the bolt up. in fact quieter to lower the bolt than to mess clicking a maybe dysfunctional safety
love the way the south africans phes blows up everything good size eland but definatly not a "brute" bull as well as the kudu bull that not an old old bull come to limpopo u will see monster kudus here that bull is still small...
I agree, the Eastern Cape Kudu can't compare in size the the Limpopo bulls, but honestly, it shouldn't be compared at all. Two totally different areas and hunting styles. Each hunter should just hunt in both areas 😁

I agree on this also. Each hunter and PH have their own way of doing things. As long as you're safe, all is good.

Obviously today's big long heavy sound mufflers to NOT detract from long distance accuracy I.E. Harmonics as evidenced here.
I agree. The mufflers is a good addition to the hunt. I prefer it much more than a muzzle break...
