Immigration officer has not.stamped my passport regarding the duration of stay I am allowed. When asked at the information counter they told to check it online.

Hey Mandar, Does 540 days extension apply to H4 EAD?
H4 EAD is dependent on H4 I-94 which is in turn based on H1B validity. So technically no. There are additional requirements unlike other visa classifications.

Hi Mandar, One QQ, If someone has approved i140 and changed the empolyer after few year, thereafter new empolyer is again filing the new i140.
will old i140 get invalid or if the person leave the new employer without 6 month spending after i140 approval with new employer then would we be able use old i140 or not for future H1b extension?
Your question is twisted, if you spent a few years after i140 approval with the old employer then your old i140 is valid.
Hello Mandar, hope you are doing good. 1 quick question why L1a with approved I140 get automated extension like H1B. Both are same employment based visa and due to this my L1a is getting maxed out next year and my PD is June 2023. This is so unfair.
