What percentage of pumpkins is mechanically damaged during the harvest? Is it possible to use pumpkins harvested by this machine for storage?
The pumpkins are storage for weeks and sometimes months at the time depending on the Shelflife, but I don’t know what percentage gets damaged
I guess about 60% will be damaged; hand-harvested pumpkins will taste better and last longer in storage compared to machine-harvested ones.
