I know nothing about theses . I do know it should be connected to earth by means of an earth rod according to BS7671 also you should test between L-N N-E and L-E you should get 230v between L-N and L-E 0v between N-E there should also be an RCD on unit , if the unit isn’t earthed the any thing like power tools won’t be earthed and that is not good . Interesting video though 👍👍👍❤️
yeah should of been bit more thorough on tests really, but i see voltage I am happy on these generators when i am repairing them. Bit low voltage on this one.
Hey i have a same problem. What what the solition on this one?
its usually the capacitor if not wiring connection if not serious rotor stator failure
So with this comment he's not even fully sure what is wrong with it
@@kingdon9690 There was nothing wrong with it, it works fine, I was showing the test sequences id go through if I had a low voltage issue.

Did you get it working properly? Fantastic video and insight to what you do 👍👍
I could be wrong, but I think I am right .
Lot to generator bonding and earthing , id need to study up before I fitted one
my 230v is 11V and 400V is 133V!?
