Hero is literally only a thing because if Honda, almost all of their products were Honda till couple years back. And it's no. 1 as in it makes most number of bikes in the world. But it doesn't even matter because it's only 100 & 125cc bikes they make.

Hero knows that this is the era of joint ventures as industry is seeing lot of shift in operating business. How ironic it is that a few larger bikes looked smaller in front of Rishad and this 125cc bike looks quite proportionate to him.. I guess Hero has done a good job and now 125cc consumer market has a more better and attractive option.
The upswept exhaust and the grab handles should have been in the MAVERICK too. The rear end of that bikes looks so bad, while this one looks so damn good from the rear

I think they overdid the design for a 125 cc🥺. The design is just 🔥 but they must have utilised this for their 160cc or even for their new 210 ccLc engines. The reason for the success of raider 125 is it's not too sporty like this but a beefed up utility bike with a nice and peppy engine. For us people, 125 and below are meant to be commuters and they need to be accessible to all kinds of riders. This was exactly what happened to the raider.Most of the people considered it as having a normal commuter position and no sporty elements like a naked bike. And with a punchy engine and beefed up tanks and shrouds without changing the position, youngsters also got attracted towards it. 🔥🔥 Even i can say ns125 failed in bringing an expression that raider made in the market. NS 125 is the best handler as it has a perimeter frame and adds to its sporty character. But it failed because of us people, who have a thought like 125 and below are commuters and need to be utilitarian. I think this will be the same case with xtreme 125 bcz they overdid the design

Braking* 1) absolutely stunning Robust design and fenders are stronger than they look. 2) at 80kmph, it rides smoothly 3) ABS is to keep the rider safe during the rainy season to avoid skidding . During the panic brake, it performs really well.
125cc means good mileage, led all around so an icing on cake , looks ❤️ but the cherry on top is single chanel abs so definitely goona go for it maybe after 6-7 months 🙌🙌
They should keep Digital connected infotainment as optional . also if possible add new tech as optional because in cities there are many who would like a comfort ride with tech but its not available at lean price.
The last best or ever, 125cc 4 stroke engine was the one in the Yamaha Gladiator. It revved beyond 9,500 rpm. Does this engine have a 2 valve head or a 4 valve ? You never mentioned it ! I'm guessing it's a 2 valve head. But, it's better to be sure when it comes to engine specs. Which I take very seriously. Also where does the redline for this engine start ?

Looks even way better than the extreme 160r and 200r. Hope it can get the engine from the new karizma 210 and call it extreme 210r with dual channel ABS and slipper clutch, would sell like hot cakes. Overall design looks more like it belongs to atleast 160/200cc category bikes. Hero please put the 210cc engine on it and price it at around 1.5 -1.7 lakhs would've been awesome especially in slick shiney black colour

Hero put 80% of designing budget into the 125R and 80% of promotional budget into the maveric, hence we were excited for the M but settled for the R.

How much i wish Bajaj brought some sanity to pulsar and discover. In 2004 they ruled the modern minds. Twenty years later they are not.
