- Funny Car points leader Austin Prock powered to his fourth win of the season for John Force Racing on Sunday at Pacific Raceways, defeating first-time finalist Paul Lee in the final round of the 35th annual NHRA Northwest Nationals.
Steve Torrence (Top Fuel), Jeg Coughlin Jr. (Pro Stock) and Chase Van Sant (Pro Stock Motorcycle) also won at the 11th of 20 races during the 2024 NHRA Mission Foods Drag Racing Series season.

Talk about someone that has been around for a long time...Gary Densham. I am old enough to receive SSR payments, and I remember Gary's Teachers Pet funny cars when I was just a teenager in high school at OCIR in the late 70"s. Back in the early 90's I had a low budget blown alcohol funny car that I had some rookie mechanical issues with. Gary was nice enough to come over to my pits and straightened that out for me at a Bakersfield meet.
It was great to see Gary back in action!!!!!!!!
Thanks to the NHRA and Pacific Raceways for a great time. The night qualification were a blast!

USA got their money and takes Dragracing serious.. but their tracks are horrible and crashes are all over the place xD.
Sweden got 1 massive track " Tierp Arena " that owns these tracks all day all year around...
Why am I forced to watch botox commercials?
What sucks is there is no sounds coming from the engine people like to here the motors without that it what's the point of airing this. These all sound like every day vehicles.
