also if i lower the car can i go at any speed i want? i really like it to be lowered.

Did you watch the video? No, using the 'feature' once a week does not 'affect' the system, other than exercising it and keeping it in good operating order. No, you cannot use the Low mode at speeds above 7 mph. It will automatically rise when you exceed that. Just like it will automatically lower when you exceed 18 mph in high mode...
