i tried with rufus. my laptop not recognised. again i tried with similar app - ventoy.
there, i installed ventoy app in USB, then copied windows image file. so when i started laptop, it showed ventory first & select option on windows. now easy.

An easier way ..just extract the iso into the usb with rar or smthing the connect to pc ..
make sure the legacy option is on from bios

You are reinstalling the OS using USB, the OS doesn't know your key so you need to know beforehand or run a script to generate one
