    My stylist used this on me last week. OBSESSED. I bought it as soon as I left the salon. It's truly incredible. Olaplex is life.
    Edit: it smells amazing. Like lemon cream.
    EDIT-EDIT! my stylist said the no. 6 is a heat protectant up to 400 degrees. If you are going to do 400 degrees and above then use the no. 7 bonding oil!! And I know us blondes are not trying to use more than like 380 degrees max.

      @GlamByKam  5 лет назад +2

      I know, Olaplex seriously turned my damaged hair to normal hair. All my damaged hair products are too much for my hair now. Also, I read that no. 6 is unrated for heat protection, which I believe they mean that it can be used with a blow dryer, but not heat tools as they tend to get hotter. The heat from a hair dryer is about 140 degrees, so much lower. I wouldn't trust using anything hotter than that without the no 7 or another heat protectant.

    It does look really amazing!! I’m obsessed with the healthy feeling it creates. I also love how much it’s like an all-in-one. Agreed that a heat protectant on top of it is a good idea.
    Thanks for the video!

      Agreed! It just feels like an instant mini olaplex treatment.

    😍😍 Thank you for the review! I get Olaplex in my lightening service so I was very excited for the new No. 6. I will have to check it out now especially because tangles are my #1 concern. I also loved seeing how you styled your hair with the hot air brush! Turned out so pretty 😍😍

      Thank you! 💖Yes, I also love to just reapply a teeny tiny bit on my ends every day and it's helped sooo much with tangles.

    I love your videos! I have medium hair that's dry and damaged because I'm going blonde. I'm deciding between Olaplex No. 6 and Moroccanoil Treatment Light. Which product would you recommend, or can they be used together?

    Please take this as a positive feedback...You are very informative but your videos are really long which is making it difficult to watch till the end. I like detailed information a lot and thats why i suscribed to ur channel but not everyone can stand that long on a topic🤗♥️🌼

    Hi thank you for your video. I tried this no. 6 and I love it. I’ve learned that heat protectant doesn’t really make a difference. Imo heat protectant is a scam. There are videos that prove heat protectant doesn’t matter.

      Sure, the two heat protectants I showed as an example were Kerastase L'incroyable Blowdry Lotion and Redken Iron Shape.

    • @GlamByKam
      @GlamByKam  5 лет назад +1

      Yeah, you would use it after the rinse out conditioner you normally use. I would apply it on damp hair before any other leave ins, though.

      Living Proof is really good in that it seals the hair from humidity. I think the Olaplex line is better for restoring your hair, so I like it better.

      Nathan J S Because people are too fearful of buildup and don’t understand that there are different kinds of silicone and some are actually used to improve hair texture. 🤷🏼‍♀️

      It definitely won't hurt them, but you'll notice more of a difference on damaged hair.
