    You know what they say, if you’re focusing on the quality, you’ve missed the picture.

    I got one of these in a little bit of a collection I got from my cousin, really wish they still made spectra film, I love the look of this camera

    New series is great! Little more detail on shot thought process maybe?

      Like why I took each shot? Or the more technical end of things, like settings? Granted for a camera like this the latter isnt really a thing lol. Thanks for the input, honestly. I definitely value the feedback

    It’s a shame they discontinued the line... I’ve fallen in love with Spectra now

      Appreciate ya. I really like the camera a ton. I'm not familiar with the 636 Closeup, I gotta do some research!

    Ah that's wicked! I've got a polaroid big swinger 3000, but I'm not paying $50 for probably expired 5 years ago or fake pack film 😒

    Hey! I personally love the Spectra format and it’s always great to watch a video of someone taking Polaroids on their Spectra cam! This is a bit off the topic, but what has your experience been like with the OneStep+? You haven’t done a review on it, but I just wanted to know how it’s been working out for you since me and a few others who have or have had it, have had really bad luck with the camera. Any thoughts?

      Thanks so much for commenting. I'm still working on testing the one step+. I want to be as thorough as possible with it. Not to mention other things have popped up that have needed to take priority. But I will say so far I havent been thrilled with the results I'm getting with my one step+. A lot of exposure issues. I'm starting to think it might be the camera, not the film. Either way I'll try to wrap it up and make the vid soon. Thanks for the support and I hope this comment helps a little lol

      Sweet Lou Photography Just take your time. I don’t really like reviews of cameras made literally moments after the camera has launched anyway. I don’t have the OneStep+ anymore myself, because after about 6 months of use (very few packs shot in that time due to cold weather where I live which makes it impossible to shoot outdoors in the winter) the film always jammed half-way through the rollers and I really needed the money so I got a refund for it.

    the film of this cam is hella expensive!! Im planning to buy vintage cam from an online seller here in the Philippines. He’s selling his instax mini 10, polaroid supercolor 635 and the polaroid 1200si for 1000 pesos (20 dollars) That’s kinda cheap for 3 beautiful cameras but im thinking if its worth the risk because I might not use them regularly because of the expensive film and im still a student buuuut I still want to have them tho 😂 Thank you for this video!! It helps me a lot :)))

    Have you experienced any ejection issues with this model?

    • @SweetLouPhotography
      @SweetLouPhotography  5 лет назад

      So far I haven't experienced that, sorry. On my one step 2 though, it happened. I gently cleaned the rollers and that seems to do the trick.

    My friend wants to buy this camera, I wasn't completely with her as the film was unbelievably expensive and she gets a little bit over minimum wage but this video has made me think differently. I finally see why she likes it :D

      The film is definitely too expensive lol. And it's hard to find too!! I'm glad you enjoyed the vid, thanks for the support homie.
