Mate, your English accent is adorable - i'm loving it. One big problem with this type of snap-in connectors is that is very hard to cut the UTP cables at the right size so the arrangement of the cables after installing the patch panel is very poor. In my opinion, the best way to make the cables look good is to use patch panels with jacks build-in, using the punch tool.
I prefer panels with 110 style terminations, it's just that I have that pattern stuck in my head from telecoms service calls so I can do it with out even thinking about it.
I am not sure that i understand your question. Please watch this tutorial where the patch panel is inside a rack : ruclips.net/video/-y02T1Vt0RU/видео.html
@@PoseidwnTech I'm going to be connecting a server(Dell R240) to either the Juniper EX2300 OR Cisco2960, but I was wondering do I have to terminate any cables before I connect them to each other?
It depends on your installation. I prefer to terminate the cables in a patch panel and attach a label to each port in order to be clear what is connected and where.

Καλησπέρα. Δεν μπορώ να βρω το egjt στη Ελλάδα αυτήν τη στιγμή. Λες να μπορέσω να σφηνώσω το module με το χέρι/πένσα;
Το Jack Module Termination Tool καθώς και τα Jack Modules στην Ελλάδα τα έχω βρει μόνο στα καταστήματα Καυκάς.
