We Kings fans have been spoiled for so many years with the best commentators in Nick and Bob. And I am not sorry for it. Keep it up Nick, you are the best.
I'm so old I remember Our original voice Ken "Jiggs" McDonald. HOF announcer who couldn't stomach owner Jack Kent Cooke and fled to Atlanta Flames.
Love listening to Nick Nickson on the radio when I'm not home to watch it on TV
He's still there. Should have gotten the tv Job when Bob retired.
@@fatfreddyscat5767 Faust is alright but he ain't the best either
Nick is the best, so classy and makes you feel like you're watching the game. True class act and I love the we have had the honor and privilege to have him with us for 40 years.
There is absolutely nothing better than listening to Nick! When I listen to him, I can see the game happening when I close my eyes. The best in the business, Thank you Nick!
Best kings announcer ever! He’s a forever fan. We love you, Nick! ❤️🏒
If you're old enough, growing up in LA we were spoiled because our youth was narrated by Vin, Chick & Bob... Honestly didn't feel like an adult until Vin retired.
I really want to see a Nick and Jim telecast duo permanently
Pretty much grew up listening to Nick. Didn’t have cable around the time I started following hockey. Had to listen to the Kings games on Xtra Sports 690 am.
I listened to Kings games from the beginning, and Nick always made me feel I was there at each of them. Thanks Nick!
Listened to many broadcasts of Nick Nickson and Brian Engblom during the 90's while working in the meat department at Vons as we were allowed to have a radio back there. I can still hear Nick's voice when he stated "and the Kings are going to the Stanley Cup Finals!" for the first time. No doubt he is a legend and still sounds great.
I was in the car listening to him when the Kings won in 2014
I was at someone's house listening to Nick when we won the cup that year
