These guys put on the absolute BEST live show I've ever been to, and I've been to a lot of shows. They're one of, if not my top, favorite bands ever. For sure!
I saw them on this tour and it’s was hands down the best live performance I’ve ever seen. They beat out some really big name bands for that title. Lost my voice for a week after and it was worth every moment.
As a bass player myself, usually I would agree with you, but I think it sits really nicely in the mix actually. It might not stand out as a lead instrument but it is still happily driving the song along - if you're listening to this on laptop speakers though I can understand your thought though, maybe try some decent headphones/speakers?

Idk, not a big fan of this version. Paul's voice doesn't have the attitude most of the time that makes it such a great song. He seemed to be using a lot of his soft style that makes Lost Year and Control sound so beautiful, while this is a grittier song, kind of like Chaos and Typical. Still good though, just my opinion, I'd rather him sound a little more gruff for this song.
