I knew this was Obito long before this episode I knew from the Kakashi flash back episode 120. The give away was the hole on the RIGHT EYE of his mask. If you remember correctly during that flash back Kakashi friend Obito gave his LEFT EYE for Kakashi to implant it into his left eye not his Right Eye since the boulder was covering that eye. A next give away was the name. Tobi and Obito does rhyme and sound far too similar. My third and fully confirmation was an old Itachi quotes that I immediately remember during part one when he body Asuma, Kurenai and Kakashi. Itachi state to Kakashi that "YOUR BODY ISN'T AN UCHIHA'S BODY AND THE SAME GOES FOR YOUR SHARIGAN AND KAKASHI REPLY SAYING ITACHI IS A TRUE UCHIHA UNLIKE MY SELF SO I CAN'T USE THE EYE TO ITS FULLY POTENTIAL". If you apply this quote Kakashi should not have been able to awaken the MS let alone use its power to delete Deidara arm during the Gaara arc unless the MS had already awaken years prior which falls back down to Kakashi best friend Obito had awaken the MS around the time the bolder reck half his body.

It was pretty obvious, but Kishimoto did a great job of faking us out when Tobi broke his mask and revealed a left Sharingan for Izanagi to escape Konan's attack. That made me second guess the Obito theory.
