Hi Mate, I use Premiere to edit, settings I shoot all the footage on flat colour or LOG when possible then in the colour grade do a lot of brightening to try and make it as close to real as possible (alot of these zones it's super bright in real life and usually cameras add too much contrast and make everything quite dark).
Here’s a legit fishing question for you….. I’m a bass fisherman here in the America. I almost exclusively throw big baits, so I get your addiction to GT. When sight fishing those flats where the fish are really spooky, I’m wondering why you pop that prawn/wave tail as quickly as you do? No judging, it’s legit interest. When conditions like that in bass fishing comes up, almost every one slooooooowwwwwsss down their presentation. So why move it as quick as you do, if the fish are so spooky? I know almost nothing about saltwater fishing off the coast of Oregon, where I live. And even less about saltwater fishing off the coast of Australia. But I do know predatory fish behavior. I’m seriously interested in the reasoning. I love applying techniques from everyone I can, to see how they work for Bass.
Hi Mate, I'm prolly not doing it right in the first place (never usually fish from a boat) so keep that in mind with my answer haha. The water depth was only about 2-3 foot deep in the start part of the film so was hopping it as soon as it hit the bottom (sometimes just before). Not sure if that's good but just felt like if I left it on the bottom it was too static.

the stripey tail means its a bartail flathead aka a sandy flathead they have to be 30cm in qld instead of 40 like a dusky
