GRAPE TART 🍇

Hi everyone, earlier this week I received red wine as a gift so I decided to make something special out of it 😊 As a result, I have made a Grape Tart which consists of a buttery tart crust with a rum raisins almond cream, a rich and slightly sweet whipped mascarpone with a sweet and sour grape jelly insert, finished off with grapes that were marinated overnight in red wine and caramel sugar 😋 It turns out very yummy and refreshing!!
