Her lying to Adam was awful, but this scene was just so sad😢 I had tears in my eyes when watching
This is the second baby she's lost. Cause after Bethany she had another child (Billy) before Harry that she had with Todd which died not too long after he's been born.
Same nurse when Michelle Connor lost her baby boy X

I know what Sarah did to Adam was bad but at the end of the day she didn’t deserve to lose her baby
At the end of the day they are all petty my ex cheated on me and fell pregnant I couldn't get back with her and since the biological father wanted nothing to do with him I took responsibility off him and still 5 years later help her with everything to do with him school food the lot it's never the child's fault sure I might not be with his mum cause of how he was conceived but I'm his dad I was there when he was born when he took his first steps when he said his first word I'm his father and I love him but I still have standards and I can't trust her not to do it again cause a wise man once said if they love you they won't cheat regardless of how bad things get they will fight for that love not go out and sleep with the first thing they can grab if they truly love you the will fight that urge to get back at you and instead fight to get back with you couples fight you just have to take time apart at that point no going on a break no bullshit just spend a few days apart that's all it is love is trust

I called this outcome in the MegaSoap comment section a few weeks ago.
Me and my ex lost our daughter due to premature birth back in 2008, it's an awful burden on my life.
I'd never wish child loss on anybody, not even the people I hate with all my heart and soul.

Well this baby should have been Adam's in the first place, so in a way, I'm sorry for her but Glad that maybe with a slight possibility that they can make up and she needs to let him know that she miscarried.
He knows she's lost it, but I agree it should have been Adams.
I think that is the best, out come, in the long wrong, I am glad that they did it this way.. Let's hope it will stick in her head.

I know this pain way to well, 3 times I lost my baby. I remember the nurse telling me about the pills and sending me home with them, it was horrible knowing that these pill would make my baby come
