Dan as you were starting over the bridge the water color looked like a sea! Must be a nice place to vacation. To bad I will never see it in person BUT thanks to Dan I have seen it through your eyes.
Hey there Dan ,thanks for sharing your videos. I have always enjoyed them, you do an excellent job of editing. Just wanted to let you know that you passed through the town I was born in (Escanaba), my grandparents lived near Wilson. So yeah not too bad in the summer but winter can get nasty. Well hope you have a good week and stay safe out there! And please keep sharing your videos as long as you can stand to, we out here in you tube land like to see what you are up to.👍😃
Thanks for the video and commentary. You are not only an honorary Yooper, but also honorary Mountaineer courtesy of Iron Mtn. MI. The WI-MI border provides three separate ways to leave our tiny town: US2 to Florence; M95 to Aurora; 141 to Niagara. Hubby and I hold one share of the Green Bay Packers --- another part of our Upper Michigan culture. ;-) Safe travels, Dan.

I’m in West Michigan. Love crossing the bridge and head west on Route 2. We stay just outside of Iron Mountain. Beautiful country!! Relaxed me just watching your post. Thank for sharing and stay safe and happy.
That new loves is in the town I grew up in. Exit 144. A belated Welcome to northern Michigan too. You tube truckers can make the world seem awful small. Thanks Dan.
Well Dan my wife and I have been watching you for a long time you are the first that we know of that came to Iron Mountain and not running from the lower half. If you still here in the AM you might want to get a load of Boss snow plows going to Florida. Now we will SUBSCRIBE.
Love the Mac. Great fun on a motorcycle, too! I was hoping you’d stop and spend some money in Manistique. I have a cabin there. We need the sales tax dollars.
Really great post Dan! I'm now a subscriber. I'll check out some of your earlier posts and look forward to following your adventures. Stay safe - don't die👋
Lake Michigan It was built by the U.S. state of Michigan and connects that state's Upper Peninsula and Lower Peninsula together. The Mackinac Bridge passes over a strait of water that connects two Great Lakes, Lake Michigan (to the west of the bridge) and Lake Huron (to the east).
You should take a day off and go to Munising Michigan and go on the glass bottom boat tour of shipwrecks. Or go back to Machanaw city and spend a day touring the island.
Nebraska is a big state. I do alright out of the east end of Nebraska, Omaha to Grand Island. Get some freight out of the east end of South Dakota too. Western Nebraska? I have never loaded anything out there. Have loaded out of western S. D. and cant believe western Kansas. Kansas City is not a long deadhead from Lincoln or Omaha either so there is that. Picked up a load out of Duluth one time, decent rate as I recall.
Just started watching this channel. Do you live on the road? Haven't seen you anywhere else besides behind the wheel. Also, you say "we", do you travel with someone ?
do you not have a cb in that pete? watch all your video and one thing i just realised never here a cb in the back round. if you dont would like to here why. keep safe out there and thanks for the videos.
First and foremost, LOVE the videos. Really appreciate the insight into your work. Just want to caution you about the drone. You may already know, but they have passed some onerous regulations and in effect have pretty much outlawed hobby drones, (well not really, but the rules are crazy). Again, I really enjoy watching and want to thank you for the time and effort you put in to make these videos. Keep safe and I look forward to more.

On Labor Day they close it down for the annual “Bridge Walk”, it takes about 1.5 hours and thousands of people do it. Last one I did was in the rain.
The bridge crossing music reminds me of the B-Role music you would hear in '60's movies.

There is a big truck show in Sept. Truckers drive across and back .. Really cool
That was fun... it's been 40 years since I went over that bridge... still beautiful!
The scenery on that two lane looked like you were driving around here in Finland, lol. Minus the truck hood of course, we got only cabovers here.
I like cabovers. I wish they still made them here in the states
Thanks for Watching
This area of Michigan has lots of Finnish ancestry and the largest Fin based college in the US.

Hilarious watching the toll gate arm drop in front of the big rig! Ditto the motorcycle memories!

Beautiful ride. We like the bridge and the scenery. Weather is usually nice...except winter. Thanks Dan. Take care.
i use to always try to find a place in the back, less noise. except in winter, i didn't mind the long walk
You're are a inspiration and I thought you had a toll pass
I’m from West Michigan, hopefully you enjoyed your run through the UP! Your editing & drone work is fantastic.

It would be nice

Just last week a empty box trailer blew on its side crossing the cheasepeake bay bridge to the eastern shore.
Liked the view.
Voice for a great meterorologist👍..
Love Michigan 👍
Me too.... well, most of it.
Looks like a 1950s GMC Bullnose truck. With the shorter frame, it could have been a fire truck or box truck maybe.
guess these highways and bridges back east will never be paid for, since the tolls are going on forever. :)
That's a hell of a bounce to Madison hope you got somewhat of a rate going up there.
Just started watching this channel. Do you live on the road? Haven't seen you anywhere else besides behind the wheel. Also, you say "we", do you travel with someone ?
I usually say out in the road for about three or four weeks then go home and take a couple of weeks off
Thanks for Watching
I say "we" because I'm including the people Watching me. I kinda of think they are riding along with me.
@@SuperTruckerdan yea, kinda thought that but was just curious. Thanks for the reply and great channel.
do you not have a cb in that pete? watch all your video and one thing i just realised never here a cb in the back round. if you dont would like to here why. keep safe out there and thanks for the videos.
It would be nice if you can show your GPS on a lower corner as you travel.
oh wait, there is a bridge in San Francisco, was a toll bridge, not very expensive even for a big rig.
Upper Michigan looks a bit different than Tuscon. No deadheading to SLC?
LOL
Thanks for Watching
Many more RV’s going South than North.

Love your videos Dan. Have you ever captured an accident while you were filming?

US 2 is one of the most dangerous highways in Michigan.
What do you record & edit with? Also, what kind of drone? Great video, thanks!

You have a jarhead haircut; I thought that you were in the Army.
Thankfully you have not had any close calls with an Eagle or Osprey and your fly cam.
