@@trevorbyrd1519 I’ll order a 2 step aider and a Steel for my one stick trophyline wingman that has a Harken CamLock . I’ll throw in a few bucks for a rush if you can do that
Safety Note to all: Before you add those aiders make sure that the hole edges on the stick steps are very smooth.a small file will take care of those sharp edges.👍Safety First! Like the video.please always preach safety as a old friend was in a hurry to get out and fell 17' to his place in heaven.😞
My question is if you are using the aider how are you able to get high enough to hang the first stick, especially with the two step aider? I don't know how you would reach high enough to attach the first stick to the tree. I enjoyed your video.
I like to wrap it around chest height and then with one hand on the stick and the other on the end of your rope, throw it all out and up and then pull back quick....idk if that makes sense or not....
Do you make any aiders that are a little shorter between the two steps? I’m a little shorter and once I put a couple layers on plus bibs it’s make it a pain to get my foot out loop or in loop at times!
Ordering some of these right now, this video sold me. Link this video on the product page! The simple and clean storage was a big selling point for me.
What happened to using them old foot spikes that you use to screw into the tree with a big hand crank . I think I would trust that over something you strap to a tree . They are way more stable being anchored into the tree VS strapped to one & there not that expensive & you can keep them from rusting if you know how to keep the maintenance up on them .
Just want to give Trevor credit for a great product and great customer service. My order delivered in under a week. Trevor, Take a few days off and go hunt!
Can’t help but notice that MO shirt. Are you located in the Show-me State? I just ordered the hawk minis and am considering daisy chains and possibly a fixed aider. Love to support businesses in my home state.
Just got my set of two step aiders and daisy chains from Trevor This is the way to go...well worth it! Five daisy chains, four for sticks and one for platform, and four two step aiders! They are all well made if your thinking about it, do it!
Why not go around the post and over the steps. More Aluminum to hold than that tiny bit of material at the bottom of those holes? I would be interested but I don't like using that hole. My concern is not the aider. Its where you are attaching it.
I understand your concern and I have tested it thoroughly. The reason I don't go over the post is because it doesn't pack as easy and its loose to float on the stick. It also would be damaged by stomping on it with your boots and the pressure on the texture and angle on the step. I do sell other aiders that you could do that with but this is the best design Ive used and tested. If you are concerned with the step breaking you can move to an inner hole to put less pressure on the step to reduce the fulcrum.
Hey I just ordered daisy chains in green 5 each, along with two step aiders 4 each I’d like to change the color to black if you have it. Order 1906, let me know please!
Are those the 30 inch Hawks? Did you simply remove the middle steps?
You got it
FYI, The website in the description isn't a usable link
The 2 week delay on shipping is the only think stopping me .
I'm actually only about 1 week. Just like to have a little cushion

Thanks for the info and video Trevor. I couldn't read the measurement for height on your tape in the video. How high were you with 2 sticks?

Not legal on public land and id guess most landowners don't want you screwing anything into their trees.
What are you using to hang your predator platform?
1/8 amsteel with 2" loops. We have them on our website. www.customamsteelproducts.com
