Hello, everyone. Thank you for subscribing to Taekwon Channel.
I am Seongchul Kang, professor at Taekwondo Department of Yong-In University, Korea.
Due to COVID-19, it was mandatory for us to have an online class and ‘online Taekwondo classes’ had to be developed. Beyond the class, I decided to open this channel to share Taekwondo (TKD) movement techniques and mechanical principles to help more people enjoy and perform TKD in the right way.
Technical terms of biomechanics in sports were used for a better explanation of movements. It may be new to you for the first time, but I believe it would help you to understand more on TKD with all uploaded content with demonstration.
